Registration:
To register your child for after school club please complete a 'Registration form & Parent Contract'. This provides us with the essential data we need to be able to care for your child and keep them safe, including details of any known allergies, collection arrangements and other special needs.
When you have completed and signed your registration forms you will be provided with the full terms and conditions these form part of the After School Club contract.
To book sessions:
Please access Parent Pay and select the child you wish to make bookings for. Select Book meals and places > Select the Afterschool Club Session that you wish to make a booking for> Select the week to view/ book > Select Make or view bookings.
You will then be presented with a booking screen. Make the required bookings. A summary will be displayed at the bottom of the page with any previous unpaid bookings shown in red. Review the booking summary, and then select Confirm booking.
Please note we encourage people to book their sessions well in advance. Limited spaces are available in oredr to ensure we maintain staffing ratios and can fulfil safeguarding requirements. Therefore it will not always be possible to accommodate last minute requests.

Payment:
All sessions should be paid for in full on ParentPay when booked in advance.
WARNING: Any bookings must be confirmed and (if required) paid for within 2 hours of selecting them. Failure to do so will result in the bookings being automatically cancelled and your session will not be reserved which may mean your child misses out.
First session
Runs until 16.05pm (includes activities, snack and drinks). £4
Extended session
Runs until 17.00pm (includes activities, drinks and a more substantial snack). £4
Full session
Runs from 15:15 - 17.00pm (includes activities, drinks and a more substantial snack). £8
Please collect your child from the designated after-school club pick-up point.
All children should be collected promptly at the end of the session. Failure to do so will incur a penalty fee per child per 15 minute period they are late. More details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
If you need to cancel a booked session, please notify the school by 2:00pm on the day. Cancellations made after this time may still be charged.
We expect all children to follow the school’s behaviour expectations while attending after-school clubs. Continuous unsafe or unkind behaviour may result in a review of the child’s place at the club.
Children are offered a variety of snacks including of fruit, toast and toppings, popcorn, crumpets and sometimes even cake.
